Impressive: South Africa World Cup star KhumaloTottenham have been told to make a 'better offer' for SuperSport United defender Bongani Khumalo.The South Africa international caught the attention of Spurs after his impressive performances at the World Cup.He had a trial at White Hart Lane but the Londoners' bid for the 23-year-old was turned down.SuperSport chairman Khulu Sibiya claimed he only had the player's best interests at heart but refused to reveal how much Khumalo would cost Spurs.He said 'This is not a foregone conclusion and Tottenham will have to pitch a new and better offer during the next transfer window. Negotiations will open then.'People have very short memories when it comes to these kind of things.
