Everton striker Joseph Yobo seals Fenerbahce switch

The deal, which includes the option to make the transfer permanent next summer, went through this afternoon ahead of the closure of the Turkish transfer window after the 29-year-old agreed terms and passed a medical. Yobo, who joined Everton from Marseille in 2002, has not played for the club this season, most recently missing the 1-0 defeat by Aston Villa last weekend with a slight thigh problem.  Related ArticlesStoke complete Gudjohnsen dealTottenham complete Van der Vaart signingManchester City propped up transfer marketBlackburn target Popov denied work permitGyan: I'm over World Cup heartacheSunderland sign Gyan for £13.1mYobo, who was David Moyes' first signing as Everton boss, has made nearly 200 Premier League appearances for the Toffees.
