Seol to return to Fulham

Seol Ki-hyeon has decided to return to Fulham in a bid to win a first-team spot next season. Since joining the Cottagers in September 2007 on a three-year deal, the 30-year-old has struggled and seen very little playing time under manager Roy Hodgson. In January, he was loaned out to Saudi Arabia's Al-Hilal and many expected the South Korea international to quit Craven Cottage this summer. Another crackInstead, Seol will return to England to have another crack at establishing himself as an important squad member. "Seol really wants to try again. He also knows that this could be his last chance," his management agency told Yonhap News. This may prove to be a very risky move for the veteran striker, as a lack of playing time next season will almost certainly rule him out of South Korea's 2010 World Cup squad.
