Hannover snap up Beasley

Hannover have completed the signing of American winger DaMarcus Beasley following his exit from Rangers. Beasley, who left Rangers at the end of last season, has signed a two-year contract with the Bundesliga club after an injury-plagued spell in Scotland. Hannover sporting director Jorg Schmadtke said: "DaMarcus' signing adds a further option to our squad. "That is necessary for a long Bundesliga season - one in which we have made a great start, but one that will still bring many twists and turns in the coming months."
