Portsmouth will take on Leicester City in the third round of the Carling Cup at Fratton Park.Pompey's ultimate bogey team, formerly owned by Milan Mandaric, is now managed by Paulo Sousa and his side are currently bottom of the Championship.The tie will be played the week commencing 20th September.
