Laws lauds Eagles commitment
urnley manager Brian Laws believes Chris Eagles' decision to sign a new two-year deal has given the club a massive boost. Eagles, 24, has ended speculation linking him with Scottish giants Rangers and Celtic by committing himself to a new contract running until June 2012.Laws said: "I'm hoping it will give everyone a lift."It shows there is good harmony here and good competition."
