Wigan host Manchester United on Aug 22 and will travel to Everton a week later.
Wigan face United again before the New Year when they travel to Old Trafford on Dec 28.
September sees Martinez face up to three London clubs in succession.
Wigan host West Ham on Sep 12, travel to Arsenal the following week, while they finish the month at home to Chelsea on Sep 26.
Martinez has already drawn up a list of potential targets as he begins life as Wigan's manager.
At 35, he is the youngest manager in the Premier League after moving from Swansea on a three-year deal.
And Wigan chairman Dave Whelan has vowed to stand by Martinez through the length of his three-year contract.
Whelan maintains a special bond with the Spaniard, who spent six years as a player at the club from 1995.
