Jose Mourinho dismisses Arsenal and Liverpool in title race

Plenty to say: Ex-Blues boss MourinhoJose Mourinho proved old habits die hard by launching stinging attacks on two former rivals Arsene Wenger and Rafa Benitez. The former Chelsea manager taunted Wenger over his 'young team', dismissed Arsenal's title chances and undermined Benitez, his successor at Inter Milan, by saying he had left the Spaniard with a 'dream job'.Mourinho, whose first league game in charge of Real Madrid is on Sunday away at Real Mallorca, said: 'It's very difficult for Roy Hodgson. 'Liverpool in the last few years have been getting worse and worse and worse.'It's not easy because I don't think that the club went in the right direction. 'I think the same about Arsenal, too. Year after year it looks like success. But no, it looks like it, but no.'And it's always the same kind of comment: 'It's a young team' or 'it will be next season'. Not this time: Mourinho doesn't believe Arsenal will be celebrating in May'I remember when we (Chelsea) played them in a Carling Cup semifinal when they played a team of young boys. 'That team of young boys are a team of 25, 26 or 27-year-olds. So Cesc Fabregas, Theo Walcott, Gael Clichy, Alex Song and Bacary Sagna are not a team of young kids. 'They are a team of an age to win things. But I do not think they will do it. 'I think it will again be Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City, because they have a great squad.' It wasn't when I started there.'When a coach arrives at a club and in one month he has one match towin the Italian Super Cup, one match to win the European Super Cup andtwo matches to win the Intercontinental Cup, it is heaven.'Normally when a coach goes to a club he has to build things. 'Benitez goes there and has a team, a club, the players and three cupsto win. 'He is a lucky manager but I hope that he does very well becauseI want Inter to win.'Mourinho admits Manchester City have the financial backingto put Real Madrid in the shade, although he appears to be less worriedabout them than Sir Alex Ferguson.'If they have the money and they pay it, it is not a drama,' hesaid. 'I was very interested in Aleksander Kolarov but I couldn'tcompete with them.'When Sir Alex says 'Kamikaze' if he is referring to the way theyare going and eating up the market then I agree. 'But if they have themoney they can do it. If they have the ambition to win the PremierLeague, they can do it, too.'  Manchester City 3 Liverpool 0: Sheik, rattle and roll - Tevez seals win as City owner turns up Mourinho: England's World Cup flop was down to players believing hypeSpurs are just champion!
