Robinson warns of player exodus

West Brom captain Paul Robinson believes the departure of manager Tony Mowbray for Celtic would lead a number of players to consider their future at the club. Robinson admits he would "jump at the chance" to move to a Barclays Premier League club after the Baggies were relegated this season. And he believes if Mowbray, who is poised to join the Bhoys after the clubs agreed a compensation package, leaves The Hawthorns, several players could follow him through the exit. Robinson told talkSPORT: "Losing the gaffer is a big blow to us as a group of players. It's a massive loss for us and I don't know where the club goes from here. "I'm an ambitious player and I want to keep going forward and the manager [going] has made a lot of decisions for a lot of people so we'll have to wait and see when we go back in [to pre-season training]. "It's a massive blow for the club and the players who have worked with him over the two-and-a-half years. It's not gone through yet but it looks more than likely that it will and it will be a massive loss to the club."
