The Blues striker broke off talks last month over new terms after being disappointed with the club's offer. According to the Daily Mirror, Blues have since agreed to pay the former Cardiff man around £18,000 a week. Brum are also poised to complete Joe Hart's loan deal from Manchester City, while other reports suggest they have launched a £5million bid to sign highly-rated Cardiff defender Roger Johnson.
