Oldham loan star Ournare Tounkara admits he has been delighted with his start to life at Boundary Park.
The Sunderland striker has joined the Latics on a season-long loan and scored in Saturday's impressive 3-0 home win over Notts County.
It was a fine finish and the Frenchman is hoping it will be the first of many for Paul Dickov's side.
Tounkara said: "I am so happy and it is important for me to score my first goal.
"I am very happy here with the manager and the players. There is a great spirit.
"I hope it is the first of many goals which will help Oldham have a good season."
