Keane confirms second bid for Walters

Ipswich boss Roy Keane has confirmed a second club has joined Stoke in the race for deposed captain Jon Walters, submitting a bid last Friday. Walters has been told he will never play under Keane again after requesting a move from Portman Road - and he should be on his way before the end of the month.Premier League new boys West Brom have been heavily linked with Walters over the summer and Keane told the club's official website: "We had another bid from a club on Friday."Everyone keeps talking about Stoke but another club has made an offer and we are in talks."Jon's reaction to me taking the captaincy from him was very disappointing and it's best now if he moves on."
