Nelson poised to leave Hartlepool

Nelson is out of contract at the end of this month and although he has been offered a new deal he is unlikely to extend his stay with Pools, with Colchester, Norwich and Brighton all linked.Representative Clive Hart told the Hartlepool Mail: "He will probably be moving on. We are still talking to a few clubs at the moment."
