Demetriou set to face Montenegro

The 21-year-old playmaker is in the Cyprus squad for Saturday's clash, having won his third cap in the recent defeat to Canada. And despite having to carry on training while the rest of his Orient team-mates enjoy the summer break, Demetriou says he would not have it any other way."I can think of many worse ways to spend time than in the sun in Cyprus, training and getting ready for a World Cup game," he told Orient's official website."This coming Saturday could be a big day in my career. It's an official game and it would mean a lot to play a World Cup qualifier."It's going to be a hard week and hopefully it will end with me being involved in some way. I'm certainly looking forward to it."
