Torquay boss Paul Buckle was happy his side stuck to their gameplan in the 2-0 win at Lincoln.
A brace from Elliot Benyon gave the Gulls the points as they extended their club-record run without conceding a goal to 871 minutes.
Buckle said: "I'm absolutely delighted. Lincoln put a bit of pressure on us and we knew it would happen but we dealt with everything in the right way.
"The game plan worked a treat. It was a brilliant performance and another clean sheet. That's something to be really proud of.
"We worked hard in midfield and I was pleased with the way we played throughout the game."
