Carrick blow for Capello

Michael Carrick has been forced to pull out of the England squad and has been replaced by James Milner. The Manchester United midfielder is currently carrying a foot injury and has been ruled out of international action as a result.He will now sit out England's 2010 World Cup qualifying double-header against Kazakhstan and Andorra.Fabio Capello has wasted no time, though, in identifying a replacement for his crocked star.The Italian has decided to promote Aston Villa winger Milner from the U21 squad into the senior fold.Milner's inclusion brings the total number of Villa players in the squad to four, with Gareth Barry, Ashley Young and Emile Heskey already involved.
