Eidur Gudjohnsen thought he had seen pretty much everything in football. Then he landed at Barcelona's El Prat airport in the early hours of May 3. Barca had just beaten Real Madrid 6-2 in the Bernabeu and the Catalans were out in force for a night of serious celebration. Thousands waited to greet them at the airport and more lined the streets, hanging from lamp-posts and climbing on to window ledges as the team bus crawled back to the Nou Camp.
