Bellamy back for Wales, Morison in

Craig Bellamy should make his first Wales appearance in 10 months against Luxembourg next week, while Millwall's Steve Morison is called up. Manchester City striker Bellamy has missed Wales' last four outings but has been included in a 23-man party for the friendly at Llanelli's Parc y Scarlets next Wednesday.Morison also features for the first time after pledging his allegiance to Wales while Cardiff defender Darcy Blake could also be in line for a first cap.Bellamy's international future became the subject of speculation when boss John Toshack overlooked him for a friendly against Sweden in March.Toshack, however, stressed that he was merely taking the opportunity to explore other options as the player had indicated a preference to sit out friendlies due to a knee condition.Any perceived differences between the pair then appeared to have been put aside in May as Bellamy was named in the initial squad for a friendly in Croatia. He was later forced to pull out due to injury but his inclusion for next week's final match before the Euro 2012 qualifiers begin is a boost for Wales.Bellamy was one of a raft of players to withdraw from the Croatia fixture for a variety of reasons.Toshack was left with just 13 of his original selections and had to draft in four players from the Under-21s to make up the numbers. Those four debutants - Mark Bradley, Neil Taylor, Christian Ribeiro and Hal Robson-Kanu - all miss out now having rejoined Brian Flynn's youngsters for a friendly in Malta next week.Tottenham full-back Gareth Bale, Fulham midfielder Simon Davies, new Norwich signing Andrew Crofts, Sheffield United's Ched Evans and Leicester forward Andy King all return.Neil Eardley and David Vaughan of Blackpool are back after missing the trip to Croatia due to the Championship play-off final, as does former Cardiff midfielder Joe Ledley, now of Celtic.London-born Morison has answered Toshack's call after the Football Association of Wales discovered he has a Welsh grandparent. The 26-year-old caught the eye by scoring 23 goals in Millwall's League One promotion campaign having been snapped up from non-League Stevenage just a year ago.Under-21 international Blake has been called up as reward for his fine performances during Cardiff's run to Wembley last season.Toshack is without James Collins, Lewin Nyatanga and Joe Allen due to injury while Aaron Ramsey and Jack Collison are long-term absentees. The FAW could face complaints from Football League clubs reluctant to release players as the match clashes with the first round of the Carling Cup.
