Bartlett: No chance of administration

Hull owner Russell Bartlett has gone on record to "categorically state" the club will not be heading into administration any time soon. Hull have been working to reduce their debts for some time and a number of higher wage-earners have left the KC Stadium this summer. The club must also cope with the financial blow which comes from having slipped out of the Premier League after two years among England's elite. But Bartlett insists the shadow of administration is not looming over the club.He told the Hull Daily Mail: "I can categorically state that administration is simply not on the agenda."We are well down the line in our plans to restructure the finances of the club and we are very close to meeting our targets."
