Harry Redknapp is confident Tottenham Hotspur can compete with the Big Four of the Barclays Premier League in the transfer market this summer.Redknapp, who spent £50 million in January to boost the squad, is looking to bring in two 'very good' new players during the summer transfer windowAnd he is not worried that Spurs will not be in the Champions League next season because money talks.
