Bruce focused on Baggies clash

Wigan manager Steve Bruce is keen for his players' focus not to be distracted by the pending visit of Manchester United next week. There is a possibility United could be able to retain their Premier League title at the JJB Stadium on Wednesday if results go their way in the interim. It means the match, which was postponed from December when Sir Alex Ferguson's side were at the FIFA Club World Cup in the Far East, has taken on huge significance. However, Wigan first have to go to West Brom, at the other end of the table, on Saturday looking to end a run of four matches without a win."We've only won two out of the last 14 games and we always knew our fixtures at the back end of the season would be difficult," said Bruce, a former United defender. "We need to make sure we can finish the season off, we have three games in a week with Manchester United coming on Wednesday so let's hope we can have a decent end to the season."I hope they (United) don't have to come to our place to win the league again, that's for sure. They've done that once and that was enough - we don't want to see that again, although it wouldn't surprise me."
