Gray's side were relegated on the final day of the season after losing at Leeds but Cardoza insists he is the right man to lead them straight back up."Stuart hasn't become a bad manager overnight and I think he will give it a very good go at getting us straight back up next season," he said."We will have one of the biggest wage bills in League Two and I fully expect us to gain promotion. We will give Stuart every assistance we can to make that happen."We lose about £250,000 from the Football League next season and that is obviously a big hit for us but I will just have to take that on the chin."I'm looking forward to being a bit happier next season and hopefully by winning games and playing exciting football we can make the supporters happy again and get the feelgood factor back to the club."
