Pilgrims boss has realistic aim

Back in his second spell at Home Park, the 52-year-old Scot was disappointed to finish the season 21st in the 24-team league, just one place above the relegation zone.Sturrock said: "We are a small fish in a big pond and what happens is that people come along and cherry pick our team. They've got the finance to do that."It means we are going to be a team which is restructured on a regular basis."It's a very difficult job restructuring football clubs and winning at the same time, especially in the Championship."I didn't know it was going to be as hard as it was last season but I realise now there are certain things that have to change and we will be better equipped for the challenge next season."
