Russian champions Zenit St Petersburg signed much coveted Brazilian international striker Hulk from Portuguese giants Porto on a five-year contract on Monday, the buying club's official site announced.

"Congratulations to all of our supporters, to all of our fans, Hulk joined Zenit," the club site announced.

No financial details of the deal were disclosed, though, Russian daily Sport Express reported, referring to an unnamed Zenit club source, that Zenit would pay Porto around 40 million euros in several tranches during three years.
