York sign Rushden striker Rankine

York City have completed the signing of Rushden striker Michael Rankine for £10,000 with Minstermen striker Craig Farrell going the other way.Doncaster-born Rankine, 24, scored 27 goals in 116 games for Rushden and joins City on a two-year deal. York manager Martin Foyle told BBC York: "Michael's certainly got the ability to run the channels, he's a quick player and a big size as well."
