York sign Clarke but Ferrell goes

York City have signed Jamie Clarke from Grimsby while letting fellow midfielder Andy Ferrell leave.Clarke, formerly of Rochdale, Boston and Mansfield, has joined York for the rest of the season, while Ferrell has gone to Gateshead on a permanent deal. York manager Martin Foyle told BBC Radio York: "There was interest in Clarke from other clubs but he's delighted to be coming here.
