Same again for Minstermen

York manager Nigel Worthington is expected to name an unchanged starting line-up for the first leg of his side's Sky Bet League Two play-off semi-final against Fleetwood.

The Minstermen have no new injury or suspension worries after fighting back from two goals down to draw 2-2 at promoted Scunthorpe on the final day of the regular season.

Worthington has stuck with the same players for the last two matches as his side have extended their unbeaten run to 17 games. Strikers Ryan Bowman and Ryan Jarvis, plus winger Will Hayhurst are among those pushing for recalls.

York have lost only twice this year and are unbeaten at Bootham Crescent since January 28 when they lost 2-0 to Chesterfield.

Fleetwood manager Graham Alexander will run the rule over Jamille Matt and Conor McLaughlin ahead of the clash.

The Cod Army boss made several changes for the game at Chesterfield and revealed some were enforced with striker Matt and full-back McLaughlin still doubtful for the first leg of the play-off semi-final due to knocks.

Midfielder Jeff Hughes will definitely miss out with a leg injury, and is unlikely to feature in the second leg either, but he is close to a return.

Iain Hume has been granted an extension on his loan deal from Preston to allow the Canadian striker to feature in the play-offs.
