Minstermen close to full strength

York boss Russ Wilcox will select his starting line-up to face AFC Wimbledon from an almost fully-fit squad.

The Minstermen had no game last weekend and have no new injury or suspension problems as they look to avoid a new club record of games played without a home win by securing their first success at Bootham Crescent this season.

Winger Anthony Straker remains Wilcox's only injury doubt as he works his way back from a groin problem, while Carlton Morris (Norwich) is hoping to make his first home appearance for the club and fellow loanee Diego De Girolamo (Sheffield United) is pushing for a start.

Midfielder Josh Carson is expected to resume in midfield following his recent return from a long-term knee injury.

Wimbledon could be unchanged for their third meeting with York in the space of a month.

Neal Ardley's side beat the Minstermen after a replay in the FA Cup first round, and the Dons boss may stick with the side which went on to sink Wycombe in round two last weekend.

Ardley will still be without defenders Andy Frampton (ankle) and Jack Smith (hamstring) but has no new injury concerns.

On-loan Millwall defender Jake Goodman is set to keep his place after an impressive debut against Wycombe.
