York City manager Gary Mills has confirmed making offers for two new strikers as he looks to increase his available goalscoring power. Mills has targeted Barrow's Jason Walker and Jamie Reed of League of Wales club Bangor City to help fill the void following the departure of the prolific Richard Brodie earlier this season. "It`s no secret we are after a goalscorer," Mills told The Press. "Looking at our goals-for column we must be among the bottom two or three in the league, but I will not be signing anyone just for the sake of it."The York boss has already recruited three players on loan since arriving from Tamworth, in defender Chris Smith (Mansfield), midfielder Robbie Weir (Sunderland) and striker Ashley Chambers (Leicester).
