Minstermites in action at Bootham Crescent

With no game this weekend for York City, whose scheduled opponents Crawley Town instead visit Manchester United in the fifth round of the FA Cup, attention switches to their youth side - or Minstermites. Their Football League Youth Alliance fixture against Rotherham United has been moved to Bootham Crescent and fans are being encouraged to come along and support the next crop of York youngsters.Admission for the game is free and kick-off is at 11.00am.There will be a raffle on the day staged by the Youth Team Fundraising committee, and the Pitchside Bar will also be open so that supporters may take in the FA Cup replay between Chelsea and Everton on the big screens. York are next in action when visiting Altrincham on Tuesday evening.
