York City manager Gary Mills will not bring any further new players in during the transfer window after the arrivals of Jon Challinor and Moses Ashikodi.

The duo both join after short-term stays from Kettering.Mills told BBC Radio York: "At the end of the day I'm a football manager and I'm never satisfied but what I won't do is go and get like for like."I'm not going to go and get a player that is not better than the players that I've got."He added: "But if I can get better and find better and as long as we can do it then I'll bring better in."The Minstermen have failed to register a league win since the 7-0 demolition of Kettering on 3 December.Former Tamworth boss Mills is confident his side can soon return to winning ways."Everybody at York City has seen my team play this season and have seen what we're capable of and have seen what we can do," he continued."It's not a case of all of a sudden the same players can't play the way I want them to. We can."We're going through a spell at the moment where we're drawing games and not picking up as many points as we'd like, hence we're gradually dropping down the league."We know we've got to turn games into wins."
