Lawless expected to be out a fortnight
York City midfielder Alex Lawless is expected to be out of action for around a fortnight after suffering an injury during a surprise first home defeat of the season to Eastbourne Borough. The former Forest Green Rovers midfielder limped off after pulling up short with a suspected hamstring problem on the half-hour.However, manager Martin Foyle later described the injury as "not as serious as first thought," and said that Lawless would probably be ruled out for around two weeks.
