Key trio in doubt

York City could be without skipper Danny Parslow, together with his defensive colleague David McGurk, and top scorer Richard Brodie for the visit of Salisbury City to Bootham Crescent on Tuesday evening. Both Parslow (foot) and Brodie (calf) received late blows in the 2-1 defeat at The New Lawn, while McGurk was forced to limp off with a knee injury during the final stages after manager Martin Foyle had already made his full quota of substitutions.Their possible absences could once more open the door to the likes of Djoumin Sangare and Adam Smith, neither of whom even make the bench at the weekend, or the dropped Michael Rankine and unused substitute Michael Gash.     "There's about four injured," confirmed Foyle to BBC Radio York. "Two look quite bad, and Alex [Lawless] is going to be a long way off, so it's all hands to the pump.Meanwhile, Foyle said that he is to contest the booking of left-back James Meredith after a case of mistaken identity at Forest Green.“We will try and get James’ yellow card rescinded as it was a case of mistaken identity,” he added. “It should have been Luke Graham who was booked.”
