Foyle applauds defensive resolve
York City boss Martin Foyle says that centre-back Luke Graham and midfield enforcer Levi Mackin have become increasingly influential players in his promotion-chasing side. Foyle has emphasised the defensive qualities of the duo after the Minstermen have remained unbeaten in the league whenever the pair appear together.“It is no coincidence that since Levi Mackin came back in and Luke Graham broke into the side, we have become strong defensively and we haven’t lost in the league," Foyle told The Press.“Things could change quickly, though, if one of them got a knock as Alex Lawless and Neil Barrett have both found out.“Nobody’s place is guaranteed,” he warned.
