Cambridge United v York City

Fifth-placed York City are looking to strengthen their play-off claims with a visit to Cambridge United this evening.

The Minstermen currently have a doubt over goalkeeper Michael Ingham following a collision with skipper Chris Smith during their weekend draw against Newport County. The former Northern Ireland international missed training on Monday and Paul Musselwhite stands by to deputise.Midfielder Adriano Moké is also rated doubtful after suffering a hamstring injury during the same game, while Jason Walker, Ashley Chambers and Jon Challinor are each pushing for recalls after recently returning to fitness.Vice-captain Scott Kerr, David McGurk and Eugen Bopp are already ruled out for the visitors."We've got three games to go to keep ourselves in the play-offs which would be absolutely fantastic," manager Gary Mills told BBC Radio York."I know they'll be up for the game. Teams never give up and Cambridge are no different. "They'll want to finish as high as they can and they still have slim hopes of taking a play-off place but we need to put those hopes to bed. "Mike Ingham took a knock on Saturday and didn't train on Monday so if he isn't fit Paul Musselwhite will play."
