Manager Gary Mills had been considering the offer for the 27-year-old, who was not included in the York side that won at Lincoln on Saturday.Mills told BBC Radio York: "We've had an offer for Andre but that's not been taken any further."Since then Fleetwood have signed Lee Fowler from Wrexham so that could be the end of it."Mills added: "I've not made a major issue of it.
