Beesley joins York

Fleetwood Town striker Mark Beesley has joined York City on a month's loan. The 29-year-old has had only limited opportunities since joining Fleetwood from Cambridge United in the summer. He originally began his career at Preston before moving to Chester City, where he made 110 appearances and netted 36 goals.After a brief spell with Hereford United, Beesley (far right) then joined Forest Green Rovers, netting 25 times in 104 games, Cambridge, 62 appearances and 13 goals, before eventually signing for Fleetwood last August. He has since only featured three times from the bench.Beesley was given an immediate debut as York lost 1-0 at home to Kettering Town on Tuesday evening.
