Slade signals last sale

Yeovil Town boss Russell Slade isn't expecting any more departures from Huish Park this summer following Wayne Gray's exit to Leyton Orient.

The Glovers have now lost five players from the squad that reached the play-offs last season, but Slade has revealed he sanctioned the sale of Gray due to personal reasons.

"We thank Wayne for his contribution in what was a successful season last year but he was desperate to get back to London," he told the club's official website.

"You need committed players at your football club, and Wayne and his agent were asking me every day whether we could sort a deal out once Orient were interested.

"As a manager, I just want committed players. If someone wants to go back to London and doesn't want to be here, then I don't want them here.

"I don't think anybody else will be going now. All the other players are signed and settled here."
