Glovers suffer Skiverton woe

Yeovil Town captain Terry Skiverton will be out of action for up to four weeks after suffering torn ligaments to his ankle in the early stages of Saturday's derby victory against Bristol City.

Glovers boss Russell Slade may opt to bring a defender to the club on loan as Scott Guyett is suspended for the next three matches.

"He went for a scan and I should think that he'll be out for four weeks," Slade told Town's official website.

"There's no surgery required, but he's torn some muscle and done a little bit of damage to his ligaments on the inside of his ankle. It is severe, and it will be a big, big blow."
