Yeovil Town have boosted their attacking options by landing Southampton striker Leon Best on a month's loan.

The 20-year-old hitman has made eight first-team appearances for the Saints and has been on loan at QPR, Sheffield Wednesday and Bournemouth in recent seasons.

"Leon's got good presence, he's got pace and gives us another body and options," Glovers boss Russell Slade told the club's official website.

"Leon seems to fit the bill and knows a lot about this place already in many ways.

"So I'm sure that he will come in and settle in well."
