Glovers move for Church

Yeovil Town have signed Reading's teenage striker Simon Church on loan until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old, who is already a Wales Under-21 international, has yet to break into the first team with the Royals and recently spent three months out on loan at Crewe Alexandra.

Church scored just once in 14 appearances for the Railwaymen, with his lone strike coming in a 2-2 draw at Cheltenham Town.

Meanwhile, Glovers boss Russell Slade is also hopeful of bringing the versatile Lee Peltier back to the club.

The 21-year-old Liverpool man made 23 appearances for Yeovil before heading back to Anfield at the turn of the year.
