Yeovil Town have released Lee Morris following the striker's failure to recover from a cruciate ligament injury.
The 27-year-old made 40 appearances for the Glovers after joining from Leicester City in 2006.
The former Sheffield United and Derby County forward has not featured since damaging his cruciate ligament in August and has now left Huish Park by mutual consent.
"I'm really gutted for Lee because ever since our days together at Sheffield United he has been plagued by injuries," manager Russell Slade told the club's official website.
"His time at Yeovil has been a tribute to his determination not to give in and he certainly had some good times for us during those 40 games at Huish Park.
"It was a great goal he scored at Nottingham Forest in the play-off semi-final and I shall miss having him around.
"I wish him all the best for his future."
