Gall targets league improvement

Yeovil Town striker Kevin Gall is hopeful that his club can boost their hopes of promotion by replicating the form they showed during Saturday's 4-1 FA Cup victory against Wrexham in the league.

Gall scored the opening goal of the game, with Gavin Williams, Colin Pluck and Jake Edwards also on target to complete the rout, as the Glovers outclassed their Nationwide Division Two opponents.

"It's just a great day for the club," the Wales Under-21 star told the Western Daily Press.

"We've shown people we can beat second division sides. They kept going for 90 minutes and we outplayed them.

"We just keep proving to people that we can play in that division. Hopefully, if we play like that every week we'll win the league."
