Alcock hails Glovers loanees

Yeovil Town defender Craig Alcock believes the Huish Park outfit's loan policy is paying dividends yet again this season.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Jon Obika helped shoot the side away from the foot of the League One table last season.

He has teamed up with the Glovers again this term alongside keeper Alex McCarthy, defender Steven Caulker, midfielder Shaun MacDonald and forward Ryan Mason and Alcock thinks their is a good blend developing at the club.

Speaking to BBC, he said: "I think it's massive for us that we have got such good loan players and they all play their part.

"At the end of the day we've still got good contracted players here as well - people like Stefan Stam, Terrell Forbes, Jean-Paul Kalala, Danny Hutchins and other players like that who are all going to put a shift in and do their jobs as well."
