Johnson counts cost over Upson

Yeovil manager Gary Johnson will be without Ed Upson for the home clash with Stevenage, and another three games, after the player's second red card of the season.

The former Ipswich trainee, 22, was sent off at Preston for the second time this season and it means Johnson will have to rejig his midfield as the Glovers look for their fourth consecutive League One victory.

Wins over Bury, Crewe and Shrewsbury have moved Yeovil up to 10th in the table and they will have loanees Korey Smith and Joe Edwards available again after the pair were ineligible for the Preston cup tie.

If Byron Webster does not recover from an injured hip Richard Hinds seems likely to continue his partnership with Dan Burn in defence.

Greg Tansey returns to the Stevenage squad.

The midfielder missed Saturday's 3-2 defeat by Rotherham in the FA Cup through suspension after collecting five yellow cards this season.

Jon Ashton has been ruled out until Christmas with an Achilles injury so Bondz N'Gala continues to partner skipper Mark Roberts at centre-half.

Roberts suffered a nasty cut under his eye at the weekend but was patched up to play the full 90 minutes and will be available again.

Striker Patrick Agyemang could start his first game since September having made two substitute appearances since recovering from a thigh injury.

Full-back Lee Hills was also on the bench on Saturday after a thigh problem and is pushing to make his debut.
