Skiverton to ring changes

Caretaker manager Terry Skiverton is expected to make changes for the visit of Oldham after the defeat to Walsall.

Nathan Smith missed out with a gashed eyelid, but is expected to be fit to return, while Fulham loanee Stephen Arthurworrey is also pushing for a recall after he was rested.

Liam Davis made a first start since November on Tuesday, but two games in a week may prove to be too much for the winger who experienced tightness in the groin towards the end of the game.

Skiverton, who also revealed that captain Joe Edwards was nearing a return, has admitted that time is running out for the Glovers if they want to stay in League One.

Former Yeovil defender Adam Lockwood could again start for Oldham.

Latics' club captain surprisingly played the full 90 minutes on Tuesday night in just his second appearance of the season following a long-term foot problem.

Stand-in boss Dean Holden welcomed Carl Winchester (hamstring) and Jonathan Forte (calf) back into his XI in midweek and Conor Wilkinson (hamstring) could also be slotted into the line-up having made a 15-minute cameo at Port Vale.

Holden remains without defensive pair Joseph Mills and George Elokobi (both hamstring), though, as well as forward Amari Morgan-Smith (hamstring).
