Yeovil completes Williams deal
Williams impressed during a trial spell at Huish Park, scoring the equaliser in a pre-season clash with Grimsby, and he will feature in the squad for Tuesday night's friendly against Derby.
He failed to play a first-team game for Villa but enjoyed loan spells at Wrexham, Brighton, Colchester, Walsall and Brentford.
Meanwhile, the Glovers will run the rule over young Reading goalkeeper Alex McCarthy against the Rams.
