Williams effort in vain
Yeovil went down 3-1 to Bristol City at Huish Park despite taking the lead through Sam Williams.
Williams converted from the penalty spot after six minutes when strike partner Dean Bowditch was brought down inside the area but Ivan Sproule levelled for the Robins in the 15th minute, slotting home after good work from John Akinde.
Adam Virgo fouled David Clarkson in the box with an hour gone and the Scottish striker gave City the lead. Marlon Jackson's effort three minutes from time squirmed beyond Glovers keeper John Sullivan to complete the scoring.
