Skiverton ready for Glovers test
Skiverton told the Coca-Cola Football League podcast: "I might be available at the weekend but at the start of things I've had to step back a bit and sort of assess the club from inside to out and do all the pre-game stuff.[LNB]"It's quite difficult at the moment to combine the two so I've just been enjoying stepping back and getting stuck in with the tactical side of it and motivating the boys.[LNB]"There is a risk involved but for me challenges are all about risks and I don't think it's a worthwhile challenge if there's no risk.[LNB]"I've been a leader on the pitch and I'm not one to shirk responsibility so I feel that I could lead the team in another way and that's what I'm looking to do, to help move the club forward."[LNB][LNB]
