Boss Terry Skiverton hopes Yeovil's win at Rochdale will help dispel the negativity around Huish Park.
On-loan Arsenal striker Luke Freeman came off the bench to score the only goal of the game on Saturday.
Town return to home soil at the weekend when Sheffield Wednesday are the visitors.
Skiverton said: "We are trying to move forward and we are trying to move the club forward. It is tough to go to places like Rochdale.
"We have had a few negatives around the club and we need to be positive because we are a magnificent football club, we are a famous club and me and my staff love working for this football club as well."
